This was my first time on island Vis. I heard a lots of good things about this island and this year I finally I had opportunity to see it for myself. For my first day of riding I went from Komiža (there was my hotel) to Vis. Idea was to ride trails as much as possible and avoid paved road if possible. First part of ascent is on paved road, which becomes steeper as I was getting close to peak Hum.
You can see nice views on Komiža on ascent also.
From there starts very good trails that leads to small village called Žena Glava. From there is combination of gravel road and trails that lead to town Vis.
From Vis I followed road that leads to Komiža, but soon after I turned right to road that goes to gravel road which passes beneath peak Mali Hum. There starts nice trail above Komiža which offers great views on Komiža town
